How do I book a room?

Use the booking portal to view availability and make bookings.

Can I book recurring sessions?

Yes. Weekly or fortnightly repeats are available in the booking portal.

How do cancellations work?

You can cancel bookings from within the portal. Cancellation fees may apply.

Who can use the space?

Our rooms are for practitioners providing talk therapy. We welcome psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, and counsellors. Rooms are suitable for individual, couples, and family therapy. We are an inclusive space and welcome practitioners of all backgrounds.

Do you provide referrals?

Our therapists are independent practitioners operating their own businesses, so we do not provide referrals. Psychologists can access PsychDirect, an Australia-wide directory of psychologists. We also run networking events where you can meet other therapists, and many users cross-refer.

Are there any ongoing fees?

There are no ongoing membership fees or lock-in contracts. You only pay for the sessions you book. There is a one-off registration fee to access the online booking portal.

How do I join Carlton Counselling Rooms?

Joining is simple. The first step is to contact us so we can organise a time for you to view the space. Once you're ready to join, we'll send you a registration form and you'll be able to start booking rooms immediately.
