About

As a graduate of both the University of Melbourne and Victoria University and the Director and Founder of Dynamic Choices, Carol has more than 40 years of counselling psychotherapy experience especially re mental health issues. As well as her general counselling practice, Carol has worked as a child psychotherapist. Because of her diverse counselling experience, Carol is skilled in working with a wide range of presenting concerns and with all age groups

Carol is passionate about creating positive and dynamic life changes for the people she engages with. Of equal importance is that her sessions are always based upon respect and sensitivity to each person’s needs. The uniqueness of each person is a value and ethic that Carol strongly upholds. In addition to utilising evidence-based approaches to achieve positive and dynamic changes, sessions with Carol often are underpinned by a philosophical base which allows exploration and discussion of important unconscious and relevant life issues and questions.

Carol holds Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Mental Health Social Worker and AASW Social Worker accreditation & is an Associate Member of Australian Psychological Society (APS) (Non-Practicing Psychologist)
