About

Whether you are navigating 'what’s next' after an adult ADHD/Autism diagnosis, or you're simply exhausted from masking and feeling out of step, you are welcome here. I’m Amy, a therapist who blends professional expertise with lived experience to help adults safely explore their identity. You don't need a formal diagnosis to start, lets work together on building a life you don't need to recover from. My approach is warm, neuro-affirming and flexible. I adapt to your pace, communication style and sensory needs so therapy feels safe, collaborative & comfortable.

I help adults explore neurodivergence, navigate anxiety, recover from burnout, manage masking, strengthen boundaries, and understand identity and relationships. Rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all framework, I offer a reliable yet flexible approach. We can use practical strategies and psychoeducation to give our sessions clear direction, while always working at your pace to build genuine clarity, confidence, and self‑compassion.

If you're overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, therapy offers space to slow down. You don’t need a clear plan; we move at your pace.

If you feel like we might be a good fit, please feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to have a quick yarn to see how we can work together.
