Hourly rates drop the more you book each month. Each block is one hour, billed in Australia/Melbourne calendar months. All prices are ex GST.

Rules & exceptions

Key billing rules

Each block in the calendar = 1 hour.
Tier hours are final booked hours only — cancelled bookings don't count toward tier breaks.
Short-notice surcharge applies when a booking is created <24h before it starts.
GST (10%) is added to the final monthly total.

No-fee exceptions

Grace period: cancel within 30 minutes of creating a booking — no cancellation fee.
Room switch: cancel and rebook the same time slot in a different room within 120 minutes — the cancelled booking has no fee, and the new booking incurs no short-notice surcharge.

Cancellation fee: $0.00

5 · Late cancellation

1-hour booking cancelled 12 hours before start (<24h tier).

Cancellation: 1h @ $12.00 = $12.00
GST: $1.20
